Senior Account Executive

• Develop expertise in both sustainability and our customers' operations. The only way we can solve the challenges our customers face is to understand their pain points and help them build better businesses with a climate strategy.

This role helps industrial businesses and their supply chains manage and reduce their carbon footprint through Gravity's software platform, accelerating the world's decarbonization by driving rapid, scalable adoption of climate transition solutions in key economic sectors.

• 5+ years of experience in a closing role, with experience both sourcing your own leads and working with warm leads.
• A track record of consistent over-achievement against targets (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Experience with a direct sales motion.
• The customers you’ve worked with previously would have only outstanding things to say about you.
• You creatively and independently solve problems, you communicate clearly, you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it, and you’re inherently curious.
• You’re a pragmatic optimist eager to rapidly grow personally and professionally.
