Mission

What you will drive

  • Adhere to Quality and Environmental Management Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, ensuring compliance with these systems.
  • Regularly visit customers and prospects, compile weekly call reports on all customer visits, and submit weekly expense reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Make product recommendations and offer additional technical assistance as needed, and develop a sales budget for the assigned territory or accounts in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Prepare a weekly itinerary and forward it to the Regional Sales Manager, maintaining effective and detailed written records of all customers and reports.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience in direct technical sales or applications engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in lubricants, chemicals, or mechanical equipment sales preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong computer skills including Windows, MS Office, ACT, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, be organized, and work as part of a team within the Klüber Group.
