Mission
What you will drive
- Provide consultative, technical sales expertise to prospective Boltline buyers, creating confidence for customers
- Qualify leads based on industry, hardware development scenarios, and organizational culture
- Own and elevate the end-to-end demo experience, refining materials to captivate prospects from first touch to trial
- Drive new customer acquisition and sales of new Boltline modules to existing customers

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-8 years professional background working with complex hardware such as mechanical, electronic, or scientific products
- 3+ years of B2B commercial team experience driving sales of advanced technology solutions (6 or 7 figure annual deals)
- History of winning contracts with engineering and manufacturing decisionmakers
- Thorough understanding of startups, small and midsize businesses (2-2000 employees) and their organizational traits

- Salary ranges: Level 2: $105,700 - $143,000, Level 3: $124,400 - $186,500
