Sales Engineer - Boltline

• Provide consultative, technical sales expertise to prospective Boltline buyers, creating confidence for customers
• Qualify leads based on industry, hardware development scenarios, and organizational culture
• Own and elevate the end-to-end demo experience, refining materials to captivate prospects from first touch to trial
• Drive new customer acquisition and sales of new Boltline modules to existing customers

By helping customers build amazing hardware through the Boltline platform, this role contributes to advancing complex engineering and manufacturing, which supports Stoke Space's mission of creating a scalable space industry that leads to a vibrant, sustainable, and equitable future on Earth.

• 4-8 years professional background working with complex hardware such as mechanical, electronic, or scientific products
• 3+ years of B2B commercial team experience driving sales of advanced technology solutions (6 or 7 figure annual deals)
• History of winning contracts with engineering and manufacturing decisionmakers
• Thorough understanding of startups, small and midsize businesses (2-2000 employees) and their organizational traits

• Salary ranges: Level 2: $105,700 - $143,000, Level 3: $124,400 - $186,500
