What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Introduce Too Good To Go to local businesses and forge partnerships that support the mission
- Engage with cafes, patisseries, groceries, and bakeries to showcase the benefits of joining the platform
- Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email communication, and face-to-face meetings
- Close inbound opportunities and provide stores with a great onboarding experience

Required skills and qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and close sales opportunities
- High energy, self-motivation, and strong organizational/time management skills
- Full New Zealand working rights
- Experience in sales roles, cold-calling, and pipeline management (preferred but not required)
