Sales - Commission-based

• Prospect, identify, and engage potential candidates for the Agile Sustainability Practitioner Programme.
• Utilize in-depth understanding of the Agile ecosystem to effectively communicate the value proposition of the programme.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission based on performance.

This role contributes to global sustainability goals by promoting education and action in the Agile ecosystem, helping transition to achieve these goals through the Agile Sustainability Practitioner Programme.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
• Strong understanding of the Agile ecosystem and its applications in sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for climate action and sustainability.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Prior experience or interest in Agile training sales is a plus.
