Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in initial procurement of inventory and supplies and coordinate with vendors on delivery, repair, and maintenance
  • Maintain records of all property, enforce protocols on staff handling/tracking, and maintain insurance coverage for valuable inventory
  • Manage mobile-money/petty-cash accounts, track expenditures, and oversee office upkeep including liaising with landlords
  • Provide administrative support including remitting payments, assisting with logistical tasks, and coordinating for high-priority visitors

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Office Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration, procurement, logistics, or similar support role
  • Well-organized with ability to manage day-to-day tasks and juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with vendors, landlords, staff, and visitors
