Route Sales Representative

• Adhere to all safety, fleet, and Department of Transportation (DOT) policies, reflecting our culture of responsibility and commitment to workplace and product safety.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with store managers, replenishing sections, and identifying opportunities for displays, endcaps, and promotional tie-ins.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, reinforcing our attention to detail and focus on long-term partnerships.
• Manage daily product needs by driving a DOT-certified company vehicle between assigned stores and the offsite warehouse.

• Self-Motivated and Independent Worker: Capable of operating with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability, integrity, and alignment with company values.
• Logistics and Inventory Management: Experience managing product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling warehouse-to-store logistics using DOT-certified vehicles.
