Robot Deployment Lead

• Deploy autonomous equipment and work closely with partners to ensure seamless integration into their operations
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, deploy more robots, and ensure robots deliver value to customers
• Work with engineering team on identifying feature developments, recommending future products, and supporting day-to-day operations, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Represent the Built brand to ensure delivery of the safest and best product

By automating repetitive tasks in the solar industry, this role helps bridge the workforce gap to accelerate the transition to clean energy.

• BS in a technical field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience working with, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and machinery
• Excellent hands-on technical ability including prototype design, fabrication, soldering, metalworking and woodworking
• Very strong communication skills, especially with operators and customers
• Ability to drive trucks, operate heavy equipment, lift 60 lbs, and willingness to travel weekly to the field
