What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct public profile research using advanced searching techniques to analyze publicly available information and synthesize findings into client reports
- Perform networking research to develop detailed lists of potential candidates and create research strategies for complex searches
- Manage information by locating difficult-to-find data, ensuring data quality in proprietary databases, and organizing research materials
- Participate in team collaboration, coordinate workload with research team members, and engage in ongoing dialogue about research projects

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of professional experience; familiarity with at least one of IM's practice areas is a plus
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and analytical writing skills to synthesize complex information into clear narratives
- Technical proficiency with search engines, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
