Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Go through existing literature to understand manufacturing processes, equipment, input materials and required skills for lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, cells, and components
- Understand and identify similarities with other processes from major domestic industries
- Develop understanding for different grades of battery components and materials, and their relevant standards and testing procedures
- Analyse component and material standards and testing procedures for batteries followed in other countries

Required qualifications and skills:
- Masters degree or bachelor's degree in mechanical/chemical/energy engineering
- Final year student or with one year experience
- Significant interest in chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes at an industrial scale
- Strong work management and prioritisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
