Mission
What you will drive
The RET Program Manager will:
- Manage, facilitate, and grow L4BL's training programs and activities, including clinical cohort programs, internships/externships, and fellowships
- Document, evaluate, and report on RET programming needs and effectiveness metrics
- Coordinate research efforts and develop political/legal education training around movement lawyering
- Ensure quality experiences for participants and movement partners while building regional and issue-area collaborations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- JD degree and relationships with public interest, racial justice, and movement lawyering organizations
- 3-4 years experience working in the legal field with lawyers, law students, and legal workers
- 2-3 years experience engaging community and movement organizations, preferably in Black liberation work
- Deep commitment to L4BL's values including Black Queer Feminism, Abolition, and movement lawyering
- Strong relationship-building, facilitation, strategic planning, and project management skills
