Renewable Energy Developer - Director, Manager, Associate

• Support utility-scale solar and storage projects throughout development stages
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups including finance, engineering, GIS, real estate, permitting, transmission/interconnection, and revenue contract origination
• Manage complex energy projects from concept through completion
• Lead in an entrepreneurial environment while maximizing impact on the clean energy transition

This role contributes to the clean energy transition by developing utility-scale renewable energy projects that reduce environmental impact and build sustainable energy infrastructure. Developers work on projects that deliver dependable, tailored energy solutions while building trust with communities and stakeholders.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and contractors
• Superior preparation, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the United States up to 30% of the time
• Bias toward action in decision making and ability to represent the company professionally
