Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Grow NGC America's sales and market share in designated geographic regions for Wind Sales
  • Oversee execution of NGC Americas' strategy and deliver value proposition to aftermarket customers
  • Develop new business while maintaining existing relationships focused on NGC wind products and services
  • Collaborate with all company functions including Corporate Wind Sales team, Strategic Product Management, Aftermarket, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent 10+ years wind gear industry experience)
  • 5+ years experience in regional sales management with strong knowledge of designated sales region
  • Strong wind gearing background and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 48-60 business days per year
