Regional Quality Manager (Midwest)

• Develop and implement quality plans that align with SOLV Energy's Quality Management System, SOPs, and contract requirements for each project.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality through regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards, identifying areas for improvement.
• Train and support project teams on quality assurance and control practices, ensuring all team members follow established procedures.

This role contributes to the advancement of renewable energy by ensuring high-quality solar and energy storage projects, supporting the transition to sustainable energy sources and reducing environmental impact.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc. are all highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies, electrical construction, and safety; experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
