What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate, implement, and monitor UNFPA activities in the covered region, focusing on maternal health, family planning, and reproductive health for youth and adolescents
- Strengthen collaboration with government structures and partners to combat maternal and neonatal deaths, and ensure humanitarian preparedness and response
- Supervise, mentor, and coach team members in the decentralized office to build their capacities and implement UNFPA's performance management system
- Ensure timely reporting, data collection for program indicators, and operational research to document lessons learned and best practices

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree with 5 years of experience in planning, coordination, and monitoring/evaluation
- Experience in sexual and reproductive health (SR), family planning (PF), maternal health (SM), and gender-based violence (VBG)
- Fluency in French (required) and English (desired)
- Ivorian nationality, with ability to work in Bouake, Cote d'Ivoire
