Mission
What you will drive
- Support the day-to-day operations of the regional team, working in collaboration to foster relationships and establish PALS as a trusted local organization
- Work to recruit and enroll participants with Down syndrome - offering excellent customer service, connecting with local support organizations, and attending regional events to share about and promote the organization as needed
- Support volunteer recruitment and training - building a recruitment pipeline through local schools and universities, conducting interviews, and providing training opportunities to prepare volunteers for their roles at camp
- Review and collaborate with volunteer leaders on building program schedules - ensuring high-quality program offerings, thoughtful activities, and an intentionality in connecting with local community partners

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
- Experience working collaboratively on a remote or distributed team, as well as experience in education, non-profit, camp, or youth setting
- An effective communicator - in person, via email, on video chat, or at public events
- Comfortable with technology needed to do this job including, but not limited to Google suite, Asana, Slack, and Zoom
