Regional Director - Scotland and England North

Core responsibilities:

• Identify, position, plan and prioritize business development activities in the region
• Lead major pursuit proposals with National Authorities including Transport Scotland and National Highways, and construction contractor partners
• Set projects up for success and help project teams in the delivery of newly-won projects
• Support the Highways team performance and growth targets including Book to Burn, Sources of Revenue/Pipeline, Net Service Revenue growth

This role contributes to infrastructure development in Scotland and northern England by leading major highways projects that improve transportation networks and regional connectivity.

Required qualifications:

• Highways/civil infrastructure design and project delivery experience with recognized presence in the market
• Knowledge and experience of major highways projects and programmes
• Existing client relationships and experience in these markets
• Ability to provide inspirational leadership and create an inclusive environment across a range of disciplines
