Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Identify, position, plan and prioritize business development activities in the region
- Lead major pursuit proposals with National Authorities including Transport Scotland and National Highways, and construction contractor partners
- Set projects up for success and help project teams in the delivery of newly-won projects
- Support the Highways team performance and growth targets including Book to Burn, Sources of Revenue/Pipeline, Net Service Revenue growth

- Highways/civil infrastructure design and project delivery experience with recognized presence in the market
