Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region
- Develop campaign plans, including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines, in collaboration with partners
- Provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders through check-in calls, training sessions, and advocacy materials
- Build relationships with organizations in the assigned region, including environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, and business groups

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and comfort talking to people at all levels
- Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics
- Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition
