Regional Campaign Manager (South Central)

Core responsibilities:

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region
• Develop campaign plans, including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines, in collaboration with partners
• Provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders through check-in calls, training sessions, and advocacy materials
• Build relationships with organizations in the assigned region, including environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, and business groups

This role creates positive change by mobilizing grassroots support for clean energy projects at the local level, advancing clean power to the grid and accelerating the nation's clean energy transition.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and comfort talking to people at all levels
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics
• Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition

Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000

Location: Remote in TX, LA, OK, or AR
