Regional Campaign Manager, North-Central

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region
• Develop campaign plans, including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines, in collaboration with partners
• Provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders through check-in calls, training sessions, and advocacy materials
• Build relationships with organizations in the assigned region, including environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, and business groups

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by mobilizing grassroots support for clean energy projects at the local level, helping advance clean power to the grid and supporting community-based organizations.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and comfort talking to people at all levels of expertise and seniority
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics
