Recruitment Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct briefings with business units to understand position requirements and scope
• Define sourcing strategies, analyze talent markets, and publish job postings to attract candidates
• Proactively source passive candidates, administer assessment tests, and conduct candidate evaluations and interviews
• Lead the full recruitment process, provide progress updates, and advise HR teams and hiring managers

This role contributes to building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future by recruiting talent that will develop regenerative infrastructure and address global challenges like climate change, overpopulation, and water scarcity.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Solid knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven experience recruiting profiles within the infrastructure sector or related industries
