Recruiting Coordinator

• Be the "front door" for all candidates, crafting an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process including running all candidate onsites in our office in NYC
• Manage Via's constantly growing and changing interview calendar to enable us to achieve our hiring goals
• Initiate and manage communication of logistics throughout the candidate journey, from initial outreach to coordinating interviews
• Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation while managing workflows within our applicant tracking system

This role helps bring the very best talent to Via, playing an integral role in scaling the company and making an impact across the organization through the relationships built both internally and externally.

Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable. Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000.
