Recruiter

• Design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels with different business focuses
• Manage full life cycle recruitment process including creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire offer process
• Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates, searches, and job requirements in ATS

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2+ years of recruitment experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Effective communication skills and strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals

Base pay range: $85,000—$110,000 USD.
