Real Estate Attorney

• Manage and provide real estate legal support for early- to mid-stage renewable and data center projects
• Review, draft, and oversee outside counsel on real estate agreements including options, ground leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and financing documents
• Provide real estate legal support for project design, permitting, interconnection, and offtake opportunities
• Take initiative on assigned matters while learning from senior attorneys and contribute to the broader Land Legal team

This role contributes directly to Intersect's mission of scaling clean energy and digital infrastructure by providing essential legal support for renewable energy and data center development projects, enabling a sustainable future.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Texas or California
• At least 2 years of experience as a real estate attorney in a law firm or in-house setting
• Familiarity with real estate agreements common in renewable energy and data center development
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills

• Compensation: USD$185,000-$195,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus)
