R&D / HR Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) – Overall accountability for analytical services to the business, including automated tools/reports design, implementation, and maintenance
• Functional Controlling – controlling, budgeting, cost control, charging mechanisms, tax compliance, and Business Partnering within respective function
• Support and drive execution of continuous process improvements, ensure process management, standardization, and innovation
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives regionally and/or globally, accountable for end-to-end process management and performance steering

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and functional controlling
• Knowledge of process management, standardization, and innovation methodologies
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated tools and reports
• Experience with systems and master data governance including charts of account and Business Warehouse tools
