What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Prepare competitive proposals/SOQs using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word, supporting the Proposal Manager for prime consultant proposals and leading subconsultant proposals
  • Lead and/or support competitive pursuits across various market sectors, service lines, and geographies in California
  • Assist with updates and maintenance of marketing materials including project data sheets, resumes, and proposal content
  • Assist with data entry and updates in CRM systems using Deltek Vantagepoint, Open Asset, and Asana

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience preparing proposals in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry; environmental consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to apply AI-enabled tools to support research, RFP analysis, content development, and workflow efficiency
  • Experience working in deadline-driven environments with strong organization, time management, and communication skills
