Project Manager, Policy and Ratings (Remote/Hybrid - US)

• Overall direction, management, quality control, and completion of project deliverables
• Managing project budgets, timelines, processes, and tasks with minimal oversight
• Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion
• Proactively communicating project progress to management and clients

You will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through work for major North American utilities, city and state governments, and other national leaders in energy efficiency policy, helping shape the energy future.

• A bachelor's degree preferably in an energy-related or policy-related discipline, or at least four years of work-related experience in lieu of a degree
• A minimum of two years of work-related experience
• Technical experience in HVAC, water heating, envelope, industrial processes, electric vehicles, demand response, distributed generation, lighting, water efficiency, and related technology solutions preferred
• Experience with energy codes and appliance standards and/or specification development preferred

The salary range for this role is $69,000–$79,000/annually, with a target compensation of $69,000–$79,000/annually based on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes a generous retirement package, medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
