Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as project manager for Sentinel detect implementation across several countries, coordinating activities, timelines, and deliverables across international teams
- Manage research workflows and drive standardization and operational efficiency across diagnostic projects, including assay development and validation efforts
- Develop and maintain systems to monitor budgets, reporting requirements, and monitoring and evaluation metrics
- Draft and coordinate competitive grant applications, including developing narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation

Required qualifications:
- BS with 5+ years of related experience OR Master's with 3+ years of related experience OR PhD with 0+ years of related experience
- Experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder scientific or technical projects
- Willingness to travel internationally (~25%) to support partner needs and field work
