Project Manager I- Sentinel Program

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as project manager for Sentinel detect implementation across several countries, coordinating activities, timelines, and deliverables across international teams
• Manage research workflows and drive standardization and operational efficiency across diagnostic projects, including assay development and validation efforts
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor budgets, reporting requirements, and monitoring and evaluation metrics
• Draft and coordinate competitive grant applications, including developing narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation

This role supports diagnostic research and implementation activities within the Sentinel Program, ensuring scientifically rigorous and operationally feasible projects that address viral diagnostics and public health needs across multiple countries.

Required qualifications:

• BS with 5+ years of related experience OR Master's with 3+ years of related experience OR PhD with 0+ years of related experience
• Experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder scientific or technical projects
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%) to support partner needs and field work

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay range: $83,000.00/yr - $116,333.00/yr
