What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, establish execution approaches, and oversee project hand-over, planning, monitoring, and control activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and work instructions, lead project reviews, and participate in expert groups
- Manage project recovery efforts for troubled projects and participate in budgeting and sales/operations planning
- Ensure projects follow best practices, monitor progress and financials, manage risks, and oversee contract and procurement activities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program
- Minimum five years of experience managing Turnkey EPC Electrification/Generation projects
- PMP certification required
- Experience leading EPC projects in HVDC, interconnection substations, transmission & distribution, renewable energy generation, and battery storage systems
