Project Manager - Data Center

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex data center powered shell projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Oversee design, construction, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage risk, contracts, and change processes while supporting procurement and project closeout

This role advances Intersect's mission to accelerate the energy transition by delivering large-scale, technically complex infrastructure projects with precision and accountability, helping turn ambitious plans into operational facilities that support sustainable energy development.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field (master's or PMP preferred)
• 10+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years in data center construction or infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with data center powered shell design including power systems, cooling infrastructure, and structural requirements

Total Compensation: $185,000 - $195,000 (base salary + bonus in USD)
