What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support EPC procurement from initial bid through EPC Agreement execution, coordinating across functional teams and consultants for development and negotiation of key project documents.
  • Manage pre-construction activities including coordinating with engineering teams on project diligence and reviewing design/technical submittals from EPC partners.
  • Oversee construction management ensuring safety priorities, identifying/mitigating cost/schedule impacts, maintaining project accounting databases, and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Support development pipeline by managing coordination between engineering and cost estimating teams, reviewing project schedules, and developing/maintaining project budgets and cashflows.

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or construction management.
  • 3 to 5 years of EPC management and contracting experience, preferably in solar development or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to evaluate priorities, multi-task, and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with detail-oriented, results-driven approach and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
