Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Managing up to 50 field technician employees and coordinating composite service delivery
- Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and implementation plans while tracking financial and operational performance
- Conducting site audits to ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance, and managing customer purchase order progression
- Providing technical assistance to field workforce, approving time-entry reports and billing, and supporting sales efforts as an industry technical expert

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of five years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing projects and five years industry-related technical experience (composite experience preferred)
- High school diploma (associate, bachelor's or PMP preferred) and strong computer skills (MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to lead teams through challenging projects, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel 30-50% as needed
