Project Manager - Composites

Core responsibilities:

• Managing up to 50 field technician employees and coordinating composite service delivery
• Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and implementation plans while tracking financial and operational performance
• Conducting site audits to ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance, and managing customer purchase order progression
• Providing technical assistance to field workforce, approving time-entry reports and billing, and supporting sales efforts as an industry technical expert

This role helps clients realize optimal power performance on clean energy projects, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy solutions and reducing environmental impact through improved energy efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of five years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing projects and five years industry-related technical experience (composite experience preferred)
• High school diploma (associate, bachelor's or PMP preferred) and strong computer skills (MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to lead teams through challenging projects, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel 30-50% as needed
