What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Scope and execute a research strategy to understand challenges in public procurement operations
  • Develop nationally representative datasets on procurement metrics like efficiency, staffing, and performance
  • Manage project delivery including scoping, implementation, staff management, and reporting
  • Conduct rigorous qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research using statistical tools

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years in rigorous qualitative/quantitative analysis)
  • At least two years of people management experience
  • Proficiency in statistical computing programs (R, SPSS, STATA, or Python)
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and excellent writing skills
