What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Scope and execute a research strategy to understand challenges in public procurement operations
- Develop nationally representative datasets on procurement metrics like efficiency, staffing, and performance
- Manage project delivery including scoping, implementation, staff management, and reporting
- Conduct rigorous qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research using statistical tools

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years in rigorous qualitative/quantitative analysis)
- At least two years of people management experience
- Proficiency in statistical computing programs (R, SPSS, STATA, or Python)
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and excellent writing skills
