Project Incubator

• Work with mentors on projects to improve the welfare of future sentient beings during an 8-week fellowship program
• Develop a project addressing real needs in areas like longtermism, animal suffering, artificial sentience, or AI impacts
• Deliver a completed output or strong intermediate result with a clear plan for continuation

This role creates positive change by developing projects that address critical needs affecting the welfare of future sentient beings, including through work on longtermism, animal suffering, artificial sentience, and AI impacts.

• Ability to commit at least 5 hours weekly to independent project work plus regular mentor check-ins
• Capacity to browse mentor profiles and apply to up to three, either joining pre-defined projects or proposing your own ideas
