Project Assistant - Core Group Partners Project

• Prepare periodic activity plans and submit reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Implement project activities at grassroots level in collaboration with health offices, centers, and extension workers
• Collect project results daily, update digital M&E systems, and compile reports
• Organize workshops and trainings for health extension workers and volunteer health leaders

This role strengthens immunization and disease surveillance systems in Ethiopia, working to eradicate polio and improve outbreak preparedness and response through community-led health initiatives.

• Minimum BSc in Public Health/Health Science or relevant disciplines (Diploma optional)
• Minimum 5 years experience in immunization and public health, with at least 2 years in routine immunization and surveillance
• Able to conduct immunization data analysis and presentation using DHIS-2
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with DHIS2
