Programme Director

Core responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for a multi-country programme transforming community health work into sustainable career pathways for youth
• Oversee programme performance, risk management, and financial stewardship across multiple African countries
• Build and steward strategic partnerships with governments, donors, private sector, and implementing partners
• Lead change management and adaptive programme stewardship in complex political and regulatory environments
