Mission
What you will drive
Partnership Coordination & Communication:
- Manage ongoing communications with Climate Week organizers across multiple cities
- Keep conversations organized, prioritized, and moving through defined stages
- Draft and send follow-up emails, scheduling messages, and partnership communications
- Lead the onboarding of Climate Week partners into core administrative tools and content management systems
CRM & Operational Management:
- Build and maintain a clean, organized CRM / Kanban system tracking all partner relationships
- Ensure every conversation is updated, labeled, and moved through the pipeline accurately
- Run weekly pipeline reviews with leadership to flag blockers, opportunities, and priorities
Mass Outreach & Program Coordination:
- Coordinate outbound messages to large groups of interested Climate Week organizers
- Draft clear, structured mass emails updating partners on timelines, next steps, and resources
- Help streamline communication processes and documentation across the Climate Week initiative

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in program operations, project management, or similar roles
- Exceptional organizational skills — you love systems, pipelines, and clean CRMs
- Strong written communication skills, especially in follow-up emails and partner communication
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous conversations and keeping them prioritized
- Comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and anticipate needs
- High reliability, punctuality, and follow-through
Bonus:
- Experience in partnerships, account management, or stakeholder coordination
- Experience working with community programs or multi-stakeholder networks
- Familiarity with climate, civic engagement, or event ecosystems
- Experience using HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or other pipeline tools
