What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop plans and procedures to deploy an integrated first-of-a-kind fusion system on time and on budget
- Coordinate overall program schedule and budget with leadership, engineering/physics teams, and vendors
- Identify critical path risks and decisions, and enact them into program management protocols
- Establish project controls, planning functions, and performance metrics to track program effectiveness

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 5+ years of program management experience
- Proven track record in meeting milestones on time and on budget for large, complex systems
- Experience deploying first-of-a-kind systems (e.g., fusion, aerospace) and familiarity with cryogenic, heating, fluid, vacuum, power electronics, and control systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with ability to innovate in fast-paced environments
