What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and procedures to deploy an integrated first-of-a-kind fusion system on time and on budget
  • Coordinate overall program schedule and budget with leadership, engineering/physics teams, and vendors
  • Identify critical path risks and decisions, and enact them into program management protocols
  • Establish project controls, planning functions, and performance metrics to track program effectiveness

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 5+ years of program management experience
  • Proven track record in meeting milestones on time and on budget for large, complex systems
  • Experience deploying first-of-a-kind systems (e.g., fusion, aerospace) and familiarity with cryogenic, heating, fluid, vacuum, power electronics, and control systems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with ability to innovate in fast-paced environments
