What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute grant-affiliated outreach projects and initiatives, determining budget needs and partnership strategies
- Organize diverse events, workshops, and activities with partners including expert convenings, film festivals, exhibitions, panel discussions, and community dialogues
- Identify, facilitate, and maintain relationships with community partners, media outlets, cultural institutions, libraries, and civic organizations to create programming and expand organizational visibility
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation systems for outreach programs to assess reach, engagement, and impact

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in program management, community engagement, nonprofit programming, or related fields
- Proven track record developing and executing successful public programs or community-facing initiatives
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Partnership development experience with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse organizations and stakeholders
- Experience with program evaluation, data collection, and using insights to improve programming
- Budget management and administrative oversight capabilities
- Supervision or mentorship experience with commitment to developing others' skills and capacities
