What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Massachusetts Invention Convention and related core programming activities
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, school outreach, educator support, event logistics, and partner coordination
  • Serve as primary operational point of contact for participating schools, educators, volunteers, and partners in Massachusetts
  • Organize professional development workshops, coordinate event logistics, and support data tracking for program outcomes

Required qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, online registration systems, and cloud-based tools
