Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Help execute community fundraising events, including a Golf Tournament and 5K
• Support logistics for microprogramming, school visits, and community programs
• Own GRIT's project management system (Trello) and keep it clear, current, and useful
• Track progress between monthly leadership meetings and ensure follow-through
• Surface blocked work and help leadership resolve issues quickly
• Turn repeatable programs into templates so GRIT can serve more communities over time
• Support content and partner coordination by keeping timelines and handoffs moving

This role builds the operational backbone of a growing nonprofit and directly translates work into real-world impact by helping GRIT serve more communities over time.
