Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and advance ClearPath's policy portfolio on federal permitting reform for clean energy technologies
  • Create policy solutions to accelerate project permitting timelines while maintaining safety and environmental standards
  • Write and track legislation, lead stakeholder engagement, and communicate recommendations to policymakers and industry partners
  • Manage teams of subject matter experts and mentor Policy Advisors, Fellows, and Interns

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in clean energy industry, economics, finance, and/or policy
  • Science or applied science degree (engineering, geology, environmental science) or related field (business, environmental or energy policy)
  • Working knowledge of key Congressional stakeholders and committees
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with policy expertise and coalition-building abilities
