Program Lead Acumen Academy, Pakistan

• Lead the design and execution of Fellows' outreach and recruitment strategy for the Pakistan Fellowship
• Oversee program operations including budgeting, logistics, and coordination of facilitators
• Build partnerships and secure funding support for the Pakistan Acumen Academy
• Lead and manage a team of 2-4 members while reporting to the Pakistan Regional Director
