What you will drive
- Serve as a strategic partner in financial management and stewardship for a diverse portfolio of projects, providing accurate financial data and guidance for informed decision-making.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports, track spending patterns, and build financial models, forecasts, and multi-year growth plans.
- Review budgets for grant proposals, steward restricted awards, and ensure timely submission of grant-related financial reports.
- Contribute to organizational leadership by helping shape policies and procedures that accelerate mission outcomes and support systems upgrades.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience with nonprofit financial planning, reporting, and restricted fund management, including working understanding of nonprofit GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization, and experience with nonprofit fund accounting systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), with exceptional ability to facilitate critical conversations around sensitive financial matters professionally.
