Mission
What you will drive
The Program Evaluator will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining a framework and process for monitoring and evaluating projects within the Overdose Data to Action team
- Developing data collection protocols and instrumentation necessary to conduct program evaluation
- Collecting qualitative and/or quantitative data and conducting routine analysis on program process and outcome data
- Drafting written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications include:
- Master's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in designing and conducting program evaluations
- Demonstrated knowledge in overdose prevention, substance use disorder treatment, Community Based Overdose Prevention, recovery, and/or drug policy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom
- Experience applying an equity lens or conducting equity reviews to evaluate public health strategies
Benefits

Salary: $60,000 annually. This is a contract position ending September 29, 2026. The organization is a smoke-free environment. Relocation expenses are not included.
