Program Evaluator

• Design, implement, and maintain a framework and process for monitoring and evaluating projects within the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) team
• Develop data collection protocols, instrumentation, and evaluation tools for program assessment
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data on program processes and outcomes
• Draft reports and presentations on evaluation findings and apply results to advance program improvement

This role supports the Overdose Data to Action program by evaluating public health initiatives aimed at preventing overdoses and substance use disorders, contributing to evidence-based strategies that save lives and improve community health outcomes.

• Master's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in program evaluation
• Demonstrated knowledge in overdose prevention, substance use disorder treatment, community-based overdose prevention, recovery, and/or drug policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom; experience working in virtual environments with remote teams
