Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of the CPR Jukebox portfolio including Tour, Licensing, and Marathon initiatives
- Manage day-to-day operations, program timelines, workflows, and documentation for consistent execution across markets and partners
- Oversee volunteer high school ambassadors and manage co-branding/licensing partnerships with partner organizations
- Work closely with students, community partners, sponsors and contract partners to ensure activations align with mission and growth goals

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in events, partnerships, marketing, or experiential initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills with clear communication and follow-through
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in both structured environments and moments of uncertainty
- Experience working with students, volunteers or community leaders is a plus (nonprofit experience not required)
