What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to The Capacity Shop Training and Program Teams, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on tasks
- Support training coordination through surveys, participant follow-up, and updating materials
- Assist with data collection, entry, and reporting to track program progress and outcomes
- Maintain and update project management tools such as budgets, schedules, and action lists

Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with progressive organizations, political campaigns, or multi-entity structures
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Zoom
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks, particularly with scheduling and calendar management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and organizational skills
