Mission
What you will drive
The primary responsibilities of the Program Coordinator include, but may not be limited to:
- Project Management and Operations (60%): Support the Post-Harvest Processing Program in its ongoing implementation, development, and continuous improvement; contribute to the design and delivery of program activities; coordinate project-level engagements across external stakeholders; track program expenditures; develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems; produce required documentation and reporting.
- Business Development (30%): Support strategic engagement with external stakeholders to advance the CQI mission; support business development efforts by researching opportunities, tracking pipeline, and assisting with proposals; represent CQI at external events; build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (10%): Coordinate the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems; collect, analyze, and mine project data for continuous improvement; design and maintain tools for data collection and analysis; support external communications related to project impact.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, international development, agriculture, program management, or related field.
- Extensive experience with the full project cycle, including concept development, grant writing, budgeting, contracting, operations, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
- Experience in the coffee sector, preferably at origin, with field-level experience in coffee production, post-harvest processing, or coffee marketing.
- International experience, especially in Africa, Asia, and/or Latin America, with fluency in multiple languages including English.
- Experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in remote/virtual environments.
