Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all Program events, including seminars of 4-7 days for ~20 participants, handling pre-seminar logistics, on-site activities, and post-seminar administrative duties
- Research current and prospective Fellows, resources, and developments in higher education while managing information flow and supporting internal and external communications
- Assist with administrative and financial oversight of the Program, including budget management, expense processing, and financial reporting
- Support Program governance efforts, serve as point of contact for budget needs, and collaborate with the Executive Director on various program initiatives

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- BA degree with minimum 1-3 years of project or program management experience, ideally focusing on execution, operations, and/or program evaluation
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, time management skills, and ability to work both independently and productively with small internal teams
- Experience planning and coordinating meetings and events, with strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Accounting and budgetary experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database experience (preferably Salesforce), and project management software experience (preferably Asana)
