Program Associate

• Provide critical project management support to GiveWell's research team working on life-saving and poverty-alleviating programs
• Manage research and grantmaking workflows, maintaining trackers, timelines, and creating templates to ensure projects stay on track
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including grantees, to facilitate smooth information flow
• Maintain high attention to detail across all work outputs, ensuring accuracy in documents, data, and processes
